Adidas and Yohji Yamamoto – what started as an inspired meeting of minds under a unique name in 2003, soon became a fully-fledged world of its own.

Marking 10 years of the brand, the history of Y-3 has been distilled into a limited-edition book, not chronologically but as a “beautifully chaotic” mix of images and reflective words from the innovators who shaped the collection’s visual language, including Yamamoto himself.

Published in a limited edition of 2000, it’ll be on view in all Y-3 boutiques and digitally through Y-3.com. You really want it, don’t you? Just one thing: it’s not for sale. OUCH.
