DKNY brought a big slice of the New York pie to London Sunday night with the brand’s first LC:M presentation. It was with the urbanite, all American attitude that the SS15 collection took to the floor – that same attitude that has continued to build the success of the brand’s menswear offering across its 23 odd years.

Models were mixed with street cast London creatives, boldly walking a runway backgrounded with visual monochrome fluctuations of the NY urban sprawl. Faces included musician Joseph Brandon, circus artist Ash Stymest and performance artist Clayton Pettet. A mixed bunch that added a grounded dose of reality to the presentation.

The move underlines a growing roster for LC:M, with Moschino also choosing to show its menswear collection for the in London this season.
